Japandroids drop new single “Near To The Wild Heart Of Life”

Canada’s hardest rocking duo have returned. The rock scene as of late has been a bit off kilter. That all changes with the reemergence of Japandroids. Despite rumors of breakup, all is well. The duo recorded their album in their three year sabbatical in Vancouver, Toronto, New Orleans and Mexico City.

Their album is strategically eight tracks as an homage to all the other great albums from the Stooges to Springsteen with eight songs. On the new single, “Near to the Wild Heart of Life,” Brian King and David Prowse dial in a strategic raucous bar act with inviting sing along hooks.
