Details and support are becoming clear with the latest album from kooky Californians, Foxygen.Jonathan Rado and the boys keep to their schmaltzy ’70s vibe that escalates to synchronized dance numbers in the “Follow the Leader” video. Look for Jagjaguwar to release “Hang” on January 20. On the newest album, Foxygen may sound a little more robust. That’s what it sounds like when you have a new string section in the recording studio when there wasn’t one before.
