After a successful showing at the Underground Music Showcase, Y La Bamba is following up the  bang up weekend with news of new music and tour dates.

Portland’s bilingual act is back with a follow up to the critically acclaimed “Mujeres” with an EP that has the feeling of a full release with “Entre Los Dos.”

Lead vocalist Luz Elena Mendoza spent a significant amount of time in the cultural metropolis of Guadalajara, Mexico that served as a springboard for the latest project scheduled for release September 20 via Tender Loving Empire.

Mendoza and the crew return to Denver in less than a month with a headlining date at the Larimer Lounge with support from local artist Esmé Patterson.
