The long-awaited full-length album from Friendly Fires is no longer a raising suspicion, but now a reality.

We now have confirmation that the melodic lads from the UK are back with the hotly anticipated third album with “Inflorescent” scheduled to be released by Casablanca/Polydor August 16.

On the disco-themed new offering, “Silhouettes,” Friendly Fires continue to explore their deep affinity for saccharine like house music. Longtime fans will not be disappointed, considering the follow up to their last single, “Heaven Let Me In.”

Look for a short US tour at the end of September in support of the new album.
