This isn’t hyperbole, but team C=T has narrowed down the best Red Rocks date of 2019.

It’s kind of like a couple of weeks ago where I came across the meme of Ice Cube and what date was precisely the inspiration for “Today Was a Good Day.” 

Interpol announced a Red Rocks date last November that is scheduled for May 1 that includes label-mate, Car Seat Headrest and Sunflower Bean.

The trio of acts already screams MUST GO even if it is May 1 at Red Rocks. The weather is super hit or miss until after Father’s Day. Locals can attest to the erratic weather Denver experiences towards the last waking moments of spring. 

This morning, Japanese Breakfast was added to the jam-packed list of openers that indubitably makes May 1 the best Red Rocks lineup of 2019 IMHO.
