Bibio announces new “Ribbons” album

If there was ever a soundtrack to pack up all of your stuff and move to a remote cabin in the middle of a desolate forest, I’m pretty sure it would sound like Bibio.

Warp Records is releasing the solo artist’s latest album, “Ribbons,” scheduled for delivery April 12.

This isn’t your typical sad bastard music; fans will notice that the influences range from the 60s and 70s that stem from  Britain, Ireland and America.

Stephen Wilkinson pushes his musical boundaries on his followup to the whispy album,  “Phantom Brickworks.”
