DREAMS is the supergroup of the Sleepy Jackson/Empire of the Sun and ’90s alt legends, Silverchair. Luke Steele and Daniel John teamed up to create an Australian supergroup that rivals anything that Men at Work and Midnight Oil could ever produce. The two artists met when the Sleepy Jackson opened up for Silverchair on tour in 2004. For those of you keeping track, that’s over fourteen years. In that span, Steele abandoned the Sleepy Jackson and went on to take over the EDM space with elaborate costumes and one hell of a live show.

DREAMS is the Aussie labor of love that depicts all of the excess from the decade that gave us Garbage Pail Kids with over the top theatrics, snare and hand clap effects on their latest video for “Love to Live.” The second single is taken from the forthcoming Astralwerks’ release of “No One Defeats Us” scheduled for delivery on September 14.
