Julian Casablancas is either bored of cavorting with his solo act or it was about that time to get the band back together.One of the most important acts to come from NYC pre 9-11 is back at it again with their new EP, “Future Present Past,” scheduled for release June 3 via Casablancas’ album imprint, Cult Records.

This is the first album since 2012’s “Countdown Machine.” Look for the Strokes as headliners at most major music festivals this summer.
