Small Black has delivered the goods. Again. The Jagjaguwar act is out hustling their latest album, “Best Blues,” scheduled for release October 16. Today the electronic group dropped the third single from their upcoming release with “Back at Belle’s.” The third single plays out like a more hushed frenetic energy that catapults the Brooklyn kids to a more playful arena. Look for them on tour next month.
