A supergroup of sorts made up of a trio of the bigger names in Denver music scene have joined forces to create AMBIT. The moody electronic outfit consists of Jason Iselin (George & Caplin), Jeffrey Wentworth Stevens (Wentworth Kersey) and Eli Mishkin (Hot IQs). Mishkin’s brooding vocals layered with Stevens’ frigid landscapes pick up where many glitchy acts have left off and taken the sound to another level. Their S/T EP is available over here and will make a live appearance at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Denver June 19.
