Kicking Television ::: Death Cab for Cutie on Fallon and TV on the Radio does Leno

What a great night in the late night television department! What was that hat that Kyp Malone was wearing? It either looked like a mushroom top, the tip of a ____ or a lamp shade? Either way, TVOTR performed “Will Do” and seeing the squirmy Ryan Seacrest saying hello to the guys kind of made me chuckle. Does he use that normal “American Idol” voice in normal day to day activities? DCFC performed their latest number that will have all of those kids in glasses pretty excited to commemorate the pending release of their latest album, “Codes and Keys.” You can purchase TVOTR’s “Nine Types of Light” if you haven’t done so here and purchase DCFC’s “Codes and Keys” here. The TVOTR date that was to have been played at the Ogden in April hasn’t been rescheduled, however, you can catch DCFC at Red Rocks with Frightened Rabbit on August 23rd.
