I hope this trend continues. Semi-large to huge bands stopping by Daytrotter to record live sessions whenever possible. MGMT‘s Daytrotter session was recorded this past October which includes four tracks taken from their latest album, ‘Congratulations’. I always felt that their last album was a bit misunderstood. Everybody was expecting ‘Oracular Spectacular’, but instead we got a modern day version of the Zombies. You can download the session here.
