The UK group have given up the dream, and returned to their 22 Grand Job. All shows have been canceled and all of this on the heels of their album they released this past Tuesday, “Klang“. I wonder if it should have been called “Thud” instead. (via NME)
Truly sad. Loved these guys. Thanks for the new tune, the last thing I got was ‘Ten New Messages’. This is similar. Guess they will move over to the ‘coulda been contenders’ sites.
Where do they go from here? They came at a time when there were bands like them that were a dime a dozen, but they distinguished themselves by their energy and punchy lyrics.
that sucks! I’ve seen their live show, it is truly incredible…plus, I wanted to see them and Free Energy next month and I guess now I have to wait ages to see Free Energy. grr.
