New album, new track, and new tour from Maximo Park. The group suffered from Sophomore Slump, but I have a good feeling after listening to their new material below, all will be forgotten. The name of their forthcoming album is, Quicken the Heart, and it will be released May 12th.

I was also a bit dissapointed with their last album. It wasn’t particularly bad, it just didn’t grow on me like their debut.
From what i’ve heard Quicken The Heart sounds like it’ll make up for it.
The second one was forgettable, agreed. I have only listened to the one single. The debut album is AWESOME! I love angular chops!!!
