SXSW WEEK

I fly into Austin tonight. Here’s the deal. I will try to update everyday. The city will be running amok with bloggers, industry types, and most importantly, the musicians. I will have a chance to connect with old friends and other bloggers. Look for updates from Dave from Leather Canary and the duo from Ultra8201, Richard and Joel. I have to say of all the parties that make me excited , and the second year running is the Hot Freaks two day shindig. Those guys really know how to throw a party! I count the hours before I have a Lone Star tall boy in one hand and my notepad in the other. Hope to see everybody about and as of late, this Tift Merritt song has been haunting like a bad case of crabs. I don’t know if it’s a guilty pleasure, but man, her voice is real purrrdy.
