Two New Tracks from Kele
These two tracks sound nothing like “Tenderoni“, but do find me thinking that the new album has a bit more depth than anticipated. Continue reading
Bloc Party’s Kele an Author?
Bloc Party’s Kele is an author now. I’m sure he’s always written, but he’s doing a short story and the group will also be doing a bunch of festival and summer dates as well.

KELE WRITES FOR PUNK FICTION
Kele has written his first ever short story for a book which is out this month titled “Punk Fiction’. The book features both musicians and writers who were asked to pen a story inspired by a punk song. Kele chose the song ‘Shoplifting’ by The Slits. He said “The Slits are probably my favorite punk group of all time, and there was a period when shoplifting was one of my favorite activities of all time… So picking ‘Shoplifting’ by The Slits to loosely base my first ever short story on was a bit of a no brainer.”
Punk Fiction is out this month and available from all good bookstores and Amazon. £1 from each copy sold goes to The Teenage Cancer Trust.
